  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • High-demand periods (such as holidays) may result in longer processing times.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates vary based on your location and the size/weight of the items ordered. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for select locations (order by 2 PM for same-day dispatch).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as courier delays, public holidays, or customs clearance for international orders.

SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location and the courier service available.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
